ONE-DAY OUTDOOR BARBECUE COURSE FOR BEGINNERS AND ADVANCED

YOU WILL LEARN:
Grill a steak from A to Z: select and prepare steak meat, choose the best technique for cooking meat. You will learn how to work with steak with skin, prepare homemade mayonnaise and your own white bread.

WE'LL GRILL:
● Chicken supreme with roasted peaches and aged cheese
● Duck breast with sourdough bread toast, red cabbage and demi-glace
● Pork tomahawk with roasted potatoes and parmesan corn
● Beef tenderloin with roasted vegetables, Jack Daniel's sauce and smothered mayonnaise

PLUS:
● Coleslaw, caesar salad, grilled fruit, homemade white bread
● Selection of beer, soft drinks, coffee
