In the words of the organiser, "'Laughing Summer' had its first or 20th year last year. The first, however, because it absolutely changed its style and the direction it took. The premiere turned out more than well, so this year we are setting another bar and that is to give the audience an even greater experience of the festival as such in the form of entertainment, interaction with the participants, various competitions and last but not least quality music.
